Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Lead Snare(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

To use Lead Snare you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not use another person’s account or impersonate any person or entity. You must notify us immediately at support@lead-snare.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Lead Snare is a multi-tenant application. When you sign up, you create a workspace (organization) that you own. You may invite team members to your workspace and assign them roles.

As the workspace owner, you are responsible for all activity within your workspace, including the actions of team members you invite. You may remove team members at any time from your workspace settings.

You may not attempt to access, modify, or interfere with any other organization’s data. Any such attempt is a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Lead Snare is designed for legitimate business use: capturing, organizing, and following up with sales leads collected at trade shows, expos, vendor fairs, and similar live events.

You may use the Service to:

• Create and manage lead records for your business
• Invite team members to collaborate within your workspace
• Use AI-assisted features to enrich lead data
• Connect your Gmail account to create email drafts for lead follow-up
• Export your own data for legitimate business purposes

You may not use Lead Snare to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or deceptive messages to any person
• Violate the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL, or any other applicable anti-spam or privacy law
• Scrape, harvest, or collect contact data from third-party sources in violation of their terms
• Store or process data about individuals without a lawful basis for doing so
• Attempt to access, probe, or exploit another tenant’s data or workspace
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
• Abuse the Gmail connector to send spam or conduct phishing campaigns
• Use the Service to process data of children under 13

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

You retain ownership of all lead data, contact information, notes, and other content you enter into Lead Snare (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content complies with applicable laws, including data protection laws. You represent that you have a lawful basis for storing and processing any personal data you enter about third parties (such as leads and contacts).

We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service.

Lead Snare is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (annual) or as a one-time lifetime access fee, depending on the plan you select.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in a refund policy we may publish. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@lead-snare.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for a reasonable period before deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Lead Snare and all related software, designs, trademarks, and content are the property ofLead Snare and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEAD SNARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
